Help! I received a letter in the mail that clearly is from the President of the United States re: invitation. All my mail was crisp and clean except for the letter from the President. it has an imprint of roughly 8 1/2 size boot and was torn open a quarter of the way on the bottom. I don't know if anything was taken out. What can I do? Can I actually do anything? I mean postal workers are union so will it be a waste of energy just to have them walk off laughing with a reprimand? This is a letter from the President delivered damaged by a federal worker! WTF!!!!

EDIT: Thank you everyone for the advice. On hold for postmaster general now.

Report, but set expectations low. We had an envelope removed from a P.O. Box by postal employee and given to someone else. It contained a money order for rent. M.O. was fraudulently redeemed at a check cashing place. USPS inspector and LE have done nothing to either party. County DA is pressing charges against the one that took and cashed.
