And yes, Trump can still indict him and speedily convict him. Given the nature of his crimes, it would not be prosecuted normally, it would be prosecuted by military tribunal, and since Trump controls the military, he can give them a deadline.

Keep in mind, Biden winning will not make him president, until Jan 20, 2021. Biden could be indicted, prosecuted and removed before he becomes president.

The only way Biden can win is if they cheat. Trump is still president until Jan 20, 2021. We know this, because Obama declared state of emergency with regards to 7 different countries, 7 days before Jan 20, 2017 when Trump took office. This means he's still president until that date

3. Biden loses the test, and it's done on purpose, the DNC has freak-out theater and then promotes Kamala Harris or Bernie Sanders or Liz Warren as the alternative. They don't want to risk Clinton again, but they could. They coudl also bring in Michele as president with Barry as the VP as the "11th hour messiah" hail mary ticket
