My friends and I were just talking about all the other companies bowing down. The leaders of those other companies are making truly bad decisions to “appease” a non-customer. These same people think the 2% of people who actually Tweet are a representative of the truth of the situation or public opinion. Although the bottom-line numbers don’t reflect success when the decisions are made, they continue to double down. It’s insanity from a business perspective.
Years from now, colleges will hopefully use these bowing to the vocal minority as a case study of what not to do.
