Governor “Karen” Brown and Mayor Ted “ Whiner” are so incompetent and so terrible and should be ashamed of themselves. Such a disgrace! Sad.
My experience living out there for a bit was that once you got outside of Portland/Eugene it’s pretty based. I’m sure it’s true of the other bigger cities in the state too. It was always funny in Eugene to see the mix of old VW bugs/busses and lifted pick up trucks. Fucking gorgeous state though, an outdoorsman’s paradise. I would have stayed but it was just too far from family on the east coast.
Idk, pretty much the whole Willamette Valley is default democrats. I was visiting friends in Albany and they were complaining about the shut down, thought the cop shooting Rayshard Brooks was justified, AND thought all the protests were bullshit. They still ended the conversation with saying that Trump is an idiot and needed to get out of office.
