The Italians in Chicago are the grandsons of tough guys. They're full of shit.
The mob is still active although i don't know if they've ironed out their leadership since the death of their Boss last.April. That was in the papers. Whoever took his place wouldn't want the publicity about his promotion. So it's anybody's guess and it's better not to know things like that.
The Italians have a thing about Colombus. I wouldn't rock that particular boat. They probably won't care too much about the one in Grant Park. But the one in little Italy? That would be pushing it. I wouldn't provoke them if I were her.
