This is a point that is not being emphasized enough, even here. You are counted as a positive case if you've been in contact with someone who had the virus, even if you test negative for both the virus and the antibodies. It's why the commies have been pushing "contact tracing" so hard.
It going to happen no matter what. Shutdowns just delay and prolong it while also creating economic destruction. The world would need to shutdown for a month including essential workers for it to "possibly" work. People travel, essential workers spread it no one can stop it. Let it spread and let biology do its work. Herd immunity is probably why New York City is doing better now and the states that spiked will be better in the long run.
