It is a fungal infection of green beans that causes brown lesions. The lesions can harbor other pathogens making infected beans unsafe to eat or preserve. The best treatment is antifungal sprays or periodic copper dust applications.

Take an Instant Pot, add some sliced kielbasa to the bottom, pile in a head of shredded cabbage, add a generous amount of pepper, a tablespoon of butter, and a splash of water (for steam). Cook for 10 minutes under pressure. Serve with some homemade Irish Soda Bread. Delicious!

I would say this sounds really good, but I'm white and white people don't like to season their food. Even going so far as not even adding a little salt.
