I just think IPAs taste good. After drinking them for a while, because of the intense hops and flavor, it's hard to drink pilsners or classic day drinking beers like Bud light, because they just don't taste like anything anymore.
For my coffee, I prefer iced black coffee or nitro brew. Not a big fan of hot drinks (coffee or tea) and I don't really like the flavor of any sort of cream/milk in my coffee either. Some sweetener is fine, but cold brews and nitro brews don't have the bitterness of a drip or pour over covfefe so they don't really need it.
I've been a black coffee drinker since I was young. Never got into anything fancier than french press, and that was within tthe last 7 months. I always let my coffee cool considerably before chugging it. I need to look into this cold brew and nitro brew thing you mentioned. My curiosity is piqued.
To me, this just looks like nothing more than a spin story. Just a few days ago a study was released on people who virtue signal. Psychologists have determined virtue signalers had a tendency to be psychopaths, narcissist, or manipulative. Almost immediately afterwards, this s*** comes out.
