Can confirm. I live in a nice central neighborhood and i’ve seen vagrants sleeping on the street in the middle of the day just a few blocks from my house.
The tax dollars will be spent so progressively that they’ll be gone before the first Tesla rolls off the assembly line.

They're reducing police funding in the next proposed budget and spending 60 million on homelessness.
Yuck. The Arch is already bad enough. Go there at night and it’s like a vagrant block party. Throwing more money at it will surely fix the problem.
