After seeing what's been happening in NYC, Atlanta, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, I never want to live in a dem-run city and NEVER want to own property in one. I live in a deep red rural area and feel so safe. Even if I got a job in a big city I'd definitely live outside the limits and ideally in a red county.
