BTW, the mainstream media purposely tried to make it seem as if the players from the Yankees and Astros kneeled during the Anthem to keep the Commies happy. In actuality, they kneeled in silence before it and then stood for the National Anthem.

TY for the correction. It makes a difference.

No problem. I think it's an important distinction to have. For example, if all the players kneeled before the Anthem BUT to say a prayer together, we'd all be cheering; but then we'd also be hypocrites, making it hard to get people in the middle to join our cause. I understand the frustration all of us Conservatives share, but I see this as a fair compromise (as opposed to the NFL players saying they will kneel during the Anthem). Kneel before in silence and stand during the Anthem — a win in my book.

embracing BLM is the issue, not the anthem (although the anthem crap is bullshit too)

embracing blm = embracing communism

communism = treason

mlb = treasonous

fuck + them

I think it's mostly the corporate types at MLB who are pro-BLM. Pretty sure most of the players don't care and just want to keep their jobs.

No, it never was about one's distaste for the Anthem, it was about a distaste for America. Standing for the National Anthem shows respect for America.

Fuck Colin Kapernick, all-day. But I think getting these players to kneel before but STAND DURING the National Anthem is a large step in the right direction. I can see players following this model and standing for America once again. At least... that's my hope.
