There were not even 40 million slaves in the Civil War. There weren’t even 40 million blacks in the country in 1900.

If these people keep pushing for blacks to be special and deserve money for nothing, then you are giving the racist KKK members and Neo Nazis the right to kill blacks. Because if they go ahead and kill all blacks then there is no one to pay...
