Powder is all but gone, primers are impossible to find, pills are going way up because of the price of metal. It’s rough all around. When this subsides (after DJT wins re-election in Nov) prices will go down slowly and that’s when you stock up on components.
Thats my plan but I still wanted to be extra prepared just incase things go south.. I mean I have enough to fight off many mobs but you literally can never have enough ammo lol. God I hope things calm down. I still need fucking body armor! I have everything else food, guns ammo shelter ect but i need some armor. Is level 3 armor good for urban fighting?
Ar500armor.com is one of the best places to find Lvl 3 and what they call 3+ hard armor. Level 4 is good for 30-06 ap. Level 3 will catch everything below that.
Level 3 is better than nothing so I’d recommend getting a vest with level 3 plates and keep an eye out for level 4 plates when you see some. Plate sizes are pretty standard so you’ll end up with an extra set of plates you can either duct tape to your back ;-) or get a 2nd carrier for outfitting someone else you care about.
