Look, this is pissing me off. Here's how we stop the riots without using lethal force. We just rent some honey trucks, set them to "spray" and point it at the crowd.

It will sap energy and morale better than anything yet, and their umbrellas won't stop them. PLUS it renders their disguises useless because the stink doesn't wash off.

Water cannon trucks are the easy solution. Fill it with sewage water and spray away the filth.
