I called the Superintendent of the School System and calmly stated my case against the fear all parents are experiencing now wondering if he abused a special needs child just based on the color of his skin. I left my information. I felt strongly enough that I wanted to be contacted. They did the right thing. Now he needs to have his certification pulled so he will never be able to teach again...but then again his record will follow him everywhere in the United States of America.
