They're single issue voters. The more Trump gets hate from the chicoms the more they like him. But, if Biden called for regime change in China tomorrow, they would be just as likely to flip.

Of course, conservative is a loaded vague and potentially deceiving term. For example: William F Buckley Jr. and the rest of the neocon never trumpers all call themselves conservative. I certainly wouldn't want to be counted amongst their ilk.
