Just because people move doesn't mean they won't still vote the same in their new area. Leftists lack the mental capacity to identify patterns of cause and effect.
They used to have ads in previous elections trying to get leftists to move to Nevada, for example, from California to vote. I bet they were still mail in voting in California too in those elections
