Four days after mailing the second batch of mock ballots, 21% of the votes hadn't arrived.
And the only reason they got 97/100 of the first batch is because at first they hadn't received any of them, complained to USPS and they they were magically found somewhere else (i.e. the trash can likely).

I like to buy used books online ; for the last two months, it is taking them twice as long to reach me , say, 7-14 days instead of 4-7. I have one I ordered on 06/21 which is still just sitting in the USPS system. Granted, that's media mail, but it shows to me that the USPS cannot deliver anything vital in a timely manner, and ballots are a helluva lot more vital than used books. If these worthless fucking masks are good enough to allow for the reopening of stores, they're good enough to allow for the reopening of polling places.
