Atheism is the greatest enemy of liberty as without the recognition of God there can be no recognition of human rights.

This is false I am atheist and hold all the same values as Christians, although I don't discriminate depending on what you believe in. I would die anywhere in the world fighting for human rights.

Jefferson was a deist. Franklin, I never really could tell. Secularism is a whooooooooooooole lot different than the Soviet atheists. They supplanted the church with the state, literally. Instead of separating the two.

All of the Founders agreed that rights are divine.

"I have lived, Sir, a long time and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth -- that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without his aid?" - Benjamin Franklin in his speech for a prayer at the Constitutional Convention
