I wasn't aware of this term until recently but I think it's something everyone should look up to be more familiar with it as I think it's the game plan for the leftists, especially in the cities. Basically it means no law enforcement against people committing crimes against regular middle and working class citizens while viciously prosecuting anyone who defends themselves against the people attacking them, also accompanied by incessant media gaslighting. One recent example of things leading this direction is the st Louis couple who was indicted for going out front with their weapons. I believe this same tactic has been used in the past in communist revolutions.
