What a STRANGE coincidence, every single baseball team and MLB itself social media managers all went far left commie all exactly at the same time.... WEIRD!

Guess they can't just stick to baseball.

They just pissed off what few fans they have left.

I don't even use Twitter, except maybe twice lately to trigger some idiots (just noticed that my profile has been active since 2011 and I have 16 total tweets, which is 10 more than I would have expected), so I saw this purely by chance. My initial reaction wasn't even about the snowflake lies, it was shock that, from a marketing standpoint, some dumbfuck thought that this was a good idea.

Hahahaha. Thank you for that ray of sunshine. It's about damned time.

Forget about Opening Day, let’s talk about Closing Day, as the silent majority chooses to send It’s Tampa Bay Rays into bankruptcy for choosing Marxism over American exceptionalism.

As the Rays, and the league(s) in general, lose money, they'll spend a lot of time debating whether to make the game more palatable to fans by having a tug of war instead of extra innings, never considering that they could gain a lot of ground by just shutting the fuck up.

Spot on. They’re toast. No amount of pandering can lift them out of this hole.

Immediate response to any fact is, "You're a racist."

I know, which is why I provided the link. Because the media spin is in full overdrive over this thing, I genuinely believe that most of them have no idea that she was legitimately a suspect.

As you wish. 😊 I picked some asshat saying that the cops had the wrong apartment and replied with your link. Maybe somebody will read the story and realize that Twitter isn't a reliable source for news.

It was the least I could do. Literally the least. 😜

Rays fan here. Completely done with them. Not buying any merch, not going to games, not watching any. Bye Felicia.

Holy shit, it's real. A sports team, meant to entertain us and give us an enjoyable evening, is calling for the arrest of police officers who did their jobs.

And it got 284k likes.

Wow.

Yeah, that number of likes is kind of depressing.

I'm heartened by the fact that something like 1% of Americans actively use twitter, and many of them are leftists to begin with, but still

To answer your question, though, she was the latest reboot of the age-old tale of a black person running afoul of the law (allegedly), trying to fight the cops, getting someone killed, and having it portrayed as some kind of assassination of an innocent angel. She was in bed with her boyfriend, cops executed a no-knock warrant because they were allegedly dealing drugs out of the apartment, boyfriend shot one of the cops, they returned fire, she was hit. Now all sorts of people are crying about how she was "murdered" and the drug dealer shooting the cop was totally justified because he was just defending himself.

TL;DR: Black girl lies with dogs, gets fleas, yada yada yada, shitlibs beatify her.

I've been to the Trop. Stadium is nice, however only a few thousand in attendance and they were playing Boston. I was able to walk the entire stadium concourse with out getting closer than 3-6 ft to anyone, about 30 min before game time, at least half of the concession stands were closed.

So, it's nice inside? I see it on TV and the whole former hockey arena thing looks bad. This was a while ago, but I'd always heard that "the new Comiskey" was a turd. I went to a game, apparently after they'd done some renovations, and it was quite nice. Seeing them on TV doesn't always give you the full story.
