I know the liberals on the Court would vote to uphold Nevada's prohibition on church service size, the Constitution means nothing to them, but Roberts is supposed to be a conservative. Has he read the Constitution? It is insane. Roberts will go down as Bush's worst decision ever, which is saying something.

Roberts doesn't seem to give a shit about the constitution; he votes whichever way he thinks the majority of Americans will agree with.
All he seems to care about is not getting people pissed off enough to do away with the Supreme Court.
How is that achieved by the Supreme Court making it as plain as day that they're not going to uphold the Constitution?
