I know the liberals on the Court would vote to uphold Nevada's prohibition on church service size, the Constitution means nothing to them, but Roberts is supposed to be a conservative. Has he read the Constitution? It is insane. Roberts will go down as Bush's worst decision ever, which is saying something.
