I was with Nick from the beginning because he did nothing wrong and was then vilified by the MSM for...not doing anything wrong...bizarre Having said that I think the magnitude of these settlements are ludicrous. I believe he and his family deserve financial compensation for what they have suffered but $500m...?

YES. It's called punitive damages.

Each company paying out $1 million each? That's chump change to them. $500M? That's enough to notice.
