I've experienced this in my own life, but had the common sense to pause, put it on paper, take account, and adjust for my income. It is difficult to say the least. There is a helpful chart on Reddit financial independence. I mean fuck commie Reddit but that one flow chart changed how I operate. I saved $300-$400 a month just from reoccurring shit. My wife and I reigned in our spending. Paid off all credit cards. Now have a savings and our retirement is growing really fast. Only debt are used but still nice newer cars that are worth more than we owe and our college debt. We have way more money than we thought. Amazing what happens when you treat your finances like a business.
Don't waste your money on unneeded shit. It feels great having a nice amount of money saved up so it's there when you need it for important things in life. Things like buying a house, buying a car, having a wife/kids, and paying for your child's education. You don't need a new phone every damn year, libtards.
