For the record it is time for violence but not full on offense. Lines have been drawn and the commies testing them are getting the shit kicked out of them. Some places have progressed to the point where lethal retaliation was necessary as the attack warranted it but so far they've held back from serious armed conflict which is frankly the only reason the lot of them haven't been slaughtered and their handlers know that.
The rioters getting vanned is simultaneously taking out their numbers and provoking them while maintaining the optics/overton window such that the media can't convincingly spin things against us. If you killed a rioter back when the Floyd thing just happened you'd be seen as a murderer hired by the KKK and your neighbors would turn against you while begging the deep state to send U.N. soldiers in to help the coup but if the rioters start lashing out in large numbers now and you retaliated killing a dozen of them you'd be seen as a hero and your neighbors would protect you.
