NLG won't get you out of anything if the feds have good evidence on you. Most of these protests are filmed so when criminal activity does occur....it is recorded.
How is the NLG lawyer going to say that it wasn't a violent assault lol? When there is video of it happening.
Yeah they get you out of jail but you have to agree to going to a court date and if you don't go....they issue warrant for your arrest and then revoke your bail privileges. You still have to stand for whatever you're being charged with.
They won't have to say much if they make sure the judge hearing the case is a fellow activist. How many federal judges did obungo put in place that are still around? How many did bush? How many are still around that can just so happen to find time to hear any cases that need to be heard?
