It's posturing. China dosen't have enough cards to play that kind of hand... but they can sure scare the hell out their people so they think we're going to attack them first to create solidarity and deflect blame away from the CCP.
I think the posters are for the eventual destruction from nuclear power plants being destroyed in the floods from 3 gorges overflowing. Basically there are 60 nuclear power plants in the areas that are being flooded. It is going to be a real worldwide catastrophe. Chyna virus might have been overblown but when 60 nuclear plants get demolished it is not going to be good for the Chinese people or the rest of the world. Stay safe and do some last minute prep, even after Trump is reelected things are not going to be easy.
In 30 days the CCP could be overthrown by the tortured, oppressed and abused Chinese people if the US takes these simple steps:
1). Freeze all CCP leaders foreign bank accounts and personal assets (to be given back to Chinese people in the future once reparations are paid to US for Corona)
decouple the Hong Kong dollar and market from the US dollar (and market)
deny any CCP business access to US capital (capital markets)
take down the CCP information firewall (enabled by many US tech companies)
Why? Given the Chinese people universally hate the CCP - once they’re gone the Chinese population will want to use all US tech and buy from the US.
