These people are not playing games. They are on the streets with the aim to kill people.

He loaded the weapon. He pointed it at the car. safety was off. He was ready to kill.

Luckily in this case the car he stopped the person was in a position to defend themselves. What if it was just an unarmed person and had enough with all this crap. Would he still have fired his weapon?
