Started out with 90k in the bank he saved up working as a machinist. His net worth is now $1M+ and he's only been doing it for five years. That's his max though with his current business plan. If he wants to do more houses, he's gonna need a crew, which he doesn't want to do. This year, even with corona, he's still going to be well over 200k.
You can still make good money with no skills, you just need a big bank to start it off with, and some contacts. Finding wholesale priced houses is what separates the amateurs from the beginners. Depending on the area, 100k could make you 15k in two months if you find a good house and hire the work out.
