Not a lawyer, but if “you can’t be discriminated based on race” rely on being “distantly related African’s” or “Native to America”, the option “2 or more races” is also one and actually THE minority in the USA, iirc.

If they see you in person/on video call and you aren’t the coveted skin color of their preference, here is an article about spray tans, and for a mere few dollars you can get the kind to rub in, or get the organic spray tan of your desired shade of acceptable racism for them
