Blacks are only "Blacks" until they have power. Then they become Hutu, Tutsi, Kikuyu, Luhya, Zulu, Xhosa, Bapedi, Bakongo, Sanga, Nubian, Zaghawa, ....
In other words, once again proving why Colonialism in Africa was a good thing. Europeans came in and started vastly improving the continent. Then they were forced out and it reverted right back to where it was before the Europeans: A bunch of tribal warlords killing each other.
