If you learned with any semi-auto Colt (M1911), Browning (Hi-Power 9mm), etc., you may have an issue getting used to the Glock angles. I don't remember what the difference in angle is, but I had that problem with my Glock 43. Wonderful pistol for carry, but I just couldn't shoot well with it. Ended up going back to the old school, S&W 360 five shot revolver (.357 Mag).
I think part of the stuff driving it is local governments have shot-spotter systems in cities, that allow them to pinpoint the location of shots fired and even identify the type of gun used. While suppression isn't quiet, it does probably limit the ability of these systems to pinpoint shots and identify the type of gun used.
