Mail in voting should be allowed only for extreme cases, stated and well defined, with each mail in ballot requiring positive ID via attended signature and driver's license number, maybe a picture or fingerprint attached.

We used them in the Service obviously, you signed your name in front of a designated officer who acted as your poll judge or whatever. Paper ballots with signature, accompanied by positive ID, and that AFTER voter eligibility is confirmed. Yep.

No mass mail in voting should be allowed, and a very strict chain of custody with positive proofs of identification must be used when extreme cases do require them. Right now that is not the norm - we let idiot postal workers play with them for instance, with no accountability for each individual ballot or official accepting responsibility or ensuring custody.

No bueno. We as a Society must be collectively insane.
