I would like a self defense weapon that I can conceal carry. I need a reliable semi auto pistol.
I have come down to the brands of Sig Sauer or Glock from research.
I really like the Sig P320 M18 because of round capacity and less than 4" barrel.
I trust this community thoughts and direction than some family members. Thanks for direction even if to another post.

Not sure if you own other firearms, so forgive me if this post sounds condescending. But Go to the range and rent both and put some rounds through them. If you’re a first time gun owner, a 4” barrel is probably going to yield better groups (larger sight radius). A 3” barrel might be easier to conceal, but that doesn’t matter much if you can’t keep shots on target.
Other than that, it just comes down to personal preference. Lots of folks love glocks, for me, just doesn’t feel right in the hand. Which is better: chocolate or vanilla? Lol
No substitute for shooting. My advice is go to the range and see why fits better in the hand.
