I posted this in another thread, but I will post it here, too.
I was reading 2 Chronicles (chapter 20, I believe) and it told the story of Jehosophat, King of Judea and 3 tribes that had risen up against them and surrounded the country. Judea repents and asks God to remember His promise to them, and in return God tells Judea to sit back and watch. The 3 armies then proceed to rip each other apart before they even get to Judea.
Lately I feel like that's exactly what we are seeing happen now.
If you think all is lost, crack open the Bible and just start reading through the Kings, Chronicles, and Judges books. Nothing is new under the sun. God has seen all of this before. He will save those He wants to save. Just repent, be sober minded, and praise God. He above all has this.
Praise the Lord! A famous author once said that, if he had to formulate as precisely as possible the cause of the USSR, it would be that, "men had forgotten God". But God has not been forgotten here in the US. Not by all. Trust in God brothers
