I just looked up the data for Washington State from:

The newest data available is from 7/22. The 7 day rolling average is TWO deaths per day.

Your governor is a tool as well. The population of Washington state is ~7.8 million and the governor is increasing restrictions due to an average of TWO deaths a day?

This virus is in the wild and no restrictions will change this fact.
