It's MOBILE device usage which is increasing, especially on sites such as this.
That's why responsive web design--for desktop, tablet, and mobile users--is in demand. Despite what's going on at the workplace or home-based workplaces, MOBILE devices are driving web traffic.

Computer use is increasing worldwide. If you do business or have a good paying job in admin then it is a requirement.

I don't know why this issue is of such importance of you. Using a mobile phone doesn't make you better. It's a weird flex.
