Just like all gun laws, alien sanctuary laws, taxes, Medical for illegals, etc, and others violations they have on the way such as ACA5, California quite literally violates federals and our constitutional rights. State level courts usually reject our decide against lawsuits. When we get a victory they file injunctions. People have been fighting and winning to some degree, but they shut everything down with he"pandemic." With Judge Benitez, we have the closest thing to a constitutionalist judge we have had to fight for us to some degree and we were in a position to strip away the gun laws against Xavier Becerra the corrupt AG...but it has to been done in an order because of how they are layered and support one another.

Can't forget Prop 187 Illegal Aliens. Ineligibility for Public Services. Verification and Reporting An overwhelming majority of Californians (70 -80% for) voted to end the illegal nightmare. After it passed, the schools and hospitals said they'd continue serving illegals, and the courts and Stare & local lawmakers said they'd just ignore the proposition.
And look at shit now..... people vote, lawmakers ignore the consensus of the voters.
