I mean, a few moa at 15 feet is nothing. How anyone can miss the occupant/s while standing at the rear quarter panel is beyond me. No red dot required at that close range and position. Seated in a car is an extremely vulnerable position to be in. Car occupants are sitting ducks in these situations.
