In a reasonable world, a mob attempting to stop a car is justification for using deadly force in self-defense.
Carrying an AK in to a swarm around a car makes one the prime target to go down, regardless if he shot or not.
I agree, but my point is that swarming a car--even without an AK--is justification for the driver to use deadly force to get himself out of that situaion.
