I don't have 300blk, I went with a 458 socom on my first ar pistol. There are a lot of reviews and articles to help though in designing that caliber. Your purpose will guide your choices.
Do you want a long range hunting rifle for hogs? Or a short-mid range personal defense weapon? Long barrels get you longer distances, they also lesson the amount of recoil you will feel.
Look into the silencers and try to narrow it down to a couple, read other people's positive reviews and see if they recommend any certain barrel length/manufacturer. That is a Steiner Micro Reflex Sight and I love it so far.
Then I'd go with a pretty short barrel depending on what suppressor plans are for the future. They may recommend a minimum length for the gases to be able to do their thing properly or to prolong the life of the can.
Plus a reasonable angled grip so you can manage the recoil on that although it should be less than 7.62, you're still taming a rifle size recoil into a pistol.
Honestly, since you're already going the tax stamp route on the shush unit, you might also consider registering a lower receiver as an SBR and just loading a stock on there when it's approved. Just my two cents!
