I agree that he should have shot him if he brought the gun out. But you don't charge someone for having a gun put in your face and then bringing your gun out.
I agree that if you bring out your weapon you better damn well use it. But I also am sure that this old man saw a scared kid and couldn't bring himself to take a life in front of his wife and surrounded by more of these pieces of shit.
Charge the guy who opened an innocent man's door and put a gun in his face.
He protected his wife, his life, and his property by pulling out that weapon. Again, I agree that he should have removed that guy from the gene pool. But at that point in time it did its job.
