She's actually on the right side of that issue. At the risk of being labeled a shill (maybe check my post history before anyone makes that claim), why should one company get a tax abatement deal that every other company does NOT get? It's not fair? Why should you be expected to start your business in her district and NOT get the tax deal, but Amazon DOES get it? It's government picking winners and losers.
I agree that localities and states should be competing for businesses to open in their jurisdictions, but it ought to be fair.....compete against other localities and states by having a better business climate....have lower taxes for the business and employees, and have more relaxed, easy regulation than other states.
I do agree that Sandy is literally an affirmative action hire, she was recruited by the 'justice Democrats' to promulgate their brand of anti-Americanism, and she's doing a great job with that.
She thought a tax credit was literally the government giving them money. Also that most cost them like 25,000 jobs and all the employment, income, and sales tax that that many jobs would create for the government.
To a broader point, if the cities didn't tax so heavily, there wouldn't be a big difference in taxes to begin with. All businesses would have similar tax rates.
