In the video it sounds like 5 rifle shots first, followed soon after by 3 or so "less powerful" gunshots. Leading me, and everyone else to assume the AK cunt shot first. People on twitter are claiming that PD "confirmed" that the driver shot first and the other shots heard is another person firing at the car.

EDIT: confirmed. driver shot first, after having his Car surrounded, banged on, and being aimed at with an AK. the latter shots was a CC protester shooting at the car.
People on twitter also said the fucktard with the ak was actually not holding an ak but trying to roll his paraplegic girlfriend away. Meanwhile we have pictures of him right up against the car and no wheelchair in sight. Safe to assume they're probably lying about this too.
After the guy pointed the AK at him. Which means it's still a good shoot.

I've watched the video a bunch of times. The first 5 shoots, which the PD believe were fired from inside the car, are way louder than the 3 following shots which were fired by the BLM person in the street.

The audio shows very loud and clear rifle shots (which could not come from inside a car) came first. Then came the sound of a handgun.

Video clearly has rifle shots followed by pistol shots. The press quotes eyewitnesses saying the driver of the car had a pistol. Garrett was seen carrying an AK all night.
So either Garrett fired first or there was another person there with a rifle (but who isn't seen on any of the videos of the protest).
i would think so too, but apparently the initial shots were the drivers pistol. and the latter shots from a CC protester. Possibly a smaller caliber. 45 vs 9mm or 22. maybe
