In the video it sounds like 5 rifle shots first, followed soon after by 3 or so "less powerful" gunshots. Leading me, and everyone else to assume the AK cunt shot first. People on twitter are claiming that PD "confirmed" that the driver shot first and the other shots heard is another person firing at the car.

EDIT: confirmed. driver shot first, after having his Car surrounded, banged on, and being aimed at with an AK. the latter shots was a CC protester shooting at the car.
Yeah supposedly the cops are saying that the driver fired first because the guy walked up to the car with his elbow up looking like he was drawing. Either way the driver was 100% correct. The vast majority of ccw holders would have done the same. The last 3 gunshots were from someone in the crowd firing at the car driving away.
