In the video it sounds like 5 rifle shots first, followed soon after by 3 or so "less powerful" gunshots. Leading me, and everyone else to assume the AK cunt shot first. People on twitter are claiming that PD "confirmed" that the driver shot first and the other shots heard is another person firing at the car.
any truth to this?
EDIT: confirmed. driver shot first, after having his Car surrounded, banged on, and being aimed at with an AK. the latter shots was a CC protester shooting at the car.
The audio shows very loud and clear rifle shots (which could not come from inside a car) came first. Then came the sound of a handgun.
There should be evidence of how many times each gun fired, right?
i would say so, but the shooter in the car claims he fired first. and that the second set of shots was a different protester.
shame, i know. :/ but we cant ignore facts here.
still think it sounded like the AK fired first. but if you consider the second shooter to have a significantly smaller caliber gun, like a 22. it might make sense.
