So Cal, too. I have an American flag outside, & a few neighbors do. I have never noticed a BLM flag anywhere. I think I saw one Blue Lives flag recently. I've always felt, even before POTUS' election, that people around here aren't inclined to advertise their political preference, unless it is a local election. Then there are lawn signs.
I have a Trump sign that was vandalized a month ago. My husband cleaned it off and put it back out. Old Glory flies every day! Never seen a BLM sign in person.
Minneapolis has a ton of Black Lives Matter signs. They are all over the area near Lake Harriet and Linden Hills. My guess is that some of those families just stick them in their yard so people don’t destroy their homes when protestors are out peacefully protesting by lighting buildings on fire and breaking things.
I think you're right -- they don't have values or principles, they just follow the mob. I was told on Nextdoor recently (what a shithole site) that I should rethink my position since I got so many negative replies to a post I made, suggesting to me that THEY would rethink their position if too many people disagreed.
I want to make a stencil- with an asterisk "terms and conditions apply", and some text about how only certain black lives, etc...then go spray it next to the murals that people have painted.
When normies find out what is going on, fuck drumpf is not as important as "fuck drumpf" used to be. It is more like, fuck why didn't we vote Trump? Defund the police??? I didn't sign up for that.
