Prefacing this post with a few facts about myself. I did take a university based race class (it was terrible and will be referenced.) I am a marine corps vet and lastly have supported trump since 2015 when I was in the marine corps.

I definitely see your point. In my uneducated opinion, it's racist given the simple fact they're implying the tests are currently too challenging for African Americans/Latinos. I think the subhuman aspect is located in the deepest trenches of this discussion. The literal definition is assuming someone has different abilities (i.e. lower cognitive function), qualities, and characteristics simply based on their physical appearance. I'll admit, I'm pretty ignorant to what Marxism represents and how it would tie into this. Going to go do some research so I have a better idea! Be easy.
I actually wish people would be overt when they lower standards instead of beating around the bush. Leftists are doubling down bigly on their bigotry of low expectations. You get an Affirmative Action and you get an Affirmative Action.
This will be a bonus for white lawyers, who will be presumed to have not benefited from lower standards and have greater professional competency. This will be punitive for qualified and capable non-white lawyers who will be presumed to be less competent than their peers and needed lower expectations to succeed.
Also, the lower expectation will increase the proportion of whites who pass the bar exam, doing nothing to make the overall pool of lawyers racially representative.
Lawyers who don't graduate in the top 10% might as well hang it up. No prestigious firm is going to hire you on a local or national level. You are going to have mountains of debt and be making dick for a long while and the lawyer market has been shrinking for a long time.
When i was in CA aboutb10byrs ago...and realized avg attorney annual income inCA was around $50,000... i concluded that the cost of law school wasnt worth it...i was already making $70,000 in finance.
There are some perks to being lawyer though..like its also a real estate license, a mortgage broker license and a whole slew of other free pass stuff. But without an ivy league undergrad and top 10% of high end law school .you're just a hustler with some velum
I worked in legal industry in California and have a degree from anABA approved law program (but only two years..state bar eligibility requires 3 years).....trust me..theres plenty of dumb fucks who pass the bar..its the mandatory law school with $100,000 and up price tag thats the stopping point..not the bar exam.
Some ppl have the money but no brains...hence failing bar
