Still deserved to live: he asked for air and the cop didn't care

I agree that he deserved to live, regardless of his criminal past and present. But nothing on Earth could have saved his life. You can die from a 10-20% overdose on Fentanyl. It is a powerful respiratory depressant and tolerance to the pain-relieving effects develops very quickly, while tolerance to the respiratory depression develops very slowly. He hooped so much Fentanyl that he was a dead man walking, and he himself knew it. Before he was even put on the ground he was saying he couldn't breathe, crying for his mother, and asking others to tell his kids that he loves them. You could have injected Suboxone into his heart with a turkey baster and he'd still be dead.

This is delusional. Completely berserk. Floyd was not resisting in the video from every angle possible. This was a ridiculous move on a person that you don't know the preconditions. If you don't think Derek is an asshole, then the problem is elsewhere.

Wow. This has nothing to do with race.

look up the transcript of the police camera, you may find you were wrong about the cop. Floyd was a garbage drug using, woman abusing, counterfietting piece of shit. Nothing of value was lost.

He was a free man and according to the law, he has the same value than anybody else. He was not some fugitive from jail. Therefor his past has nothing to do with it, his life has the same value and must be protected.

Floyd had OD'd on Fentanyl prior to the police arrival, he just wasn't dead from it yet. Floyd didn't value his own life, so neither do i.

This is grave ignorance of the law and the value of human life. The value is there, no matter if the person is lost in life.

The past has nothing to do with that. A free man is a free man. Or else I'll look up in the computer your past and as a policeman change my behavior accordingly when I arrest you. I'll give you a special treatment even if you paid your debt to society years ago.

Wrong. The drug alone didn't kill him, that's for sure. If you can't do 1+1=2 conditions, I won't read much about your so called knowledge of his case in the justice system.

Floyd was on the ground by his own doing. They compiled with everything he asked them to do. They were polite with him.

Guys, multiple things can be true at once. Stop downvoting what this pede is saying - it's the truth. Cops shouldnt abuse their power AND acting like a grade A moron is asking for it in the manner Floyd seems to have been doing.
